On saturday the 11/04/2015 I travelled to Bath on the train to view and purchase my Mercedes C350. Jonathan
from Tallis collected myself and my wife from the station and took us to the Tallis dealership. On arrival we were offered refreshments and left to look around the car with no pressure salesmanship. We then took the car on a test drive and were very happy – it really was as good as it looked. The purchase was very simple and all the warranty and the documents were explained in detail to us. On our departure the functions of the car were all explained to us and Jonathan paired my telephone to the car and had even pre set the sat nav to my home address. I feel the whole service was 5 star and Tallis made it feel like a special occasion rather than just buying a car. The following day
I had some questions about some of the cars features so I called Jonathan on a Sunday!! and he was more than happy to help so all in all I would highly recommend Tallis to anyone. This has been by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a car and I have bought over 30 cars over the years mainly from main dealers and Tallis is head and shoulders above them all and the after care is excellent!!
